What We Collect

Shero does not store your raw BI data. We only observe metadata and access events — things like who accessed a report, when, and from where. Your actual dashboards, datasets, and business information never pass through our systems.

When you request access to the beta, we also collect limited information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and information about the BI tools you use. This information is used solely to manage beta access and communicate with you.

Security-First Design

Privacy by design is at our core. We built Shero to give you visibility into access patterns without ever needing to see your underlying data. All connections are encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data handling.

Your Control

You decide what metadata is shared and can revoke access at any time. We believe in transparency — if you have questions about how your data is handled, reach out to us directly.
